Let's assume the Zune HD will be a success, not as big as the iPod, but quite successful with making some money. The combination of Xbox360 + Xbox Live + Zune HD + Zune Marketplace + Windows Mobile sounds hot to me. There would be a lot of oppertunities to connect those machines, software etc.
Remember "Live anywhere" that was something MS worked on back in the days. Think about video messages made with your Windows Mobile phone, sending this video message to the Xbox360 of your friend, download the latest gametrailers on your Zune, put it in your 360 and watch them on a big screen at home. The music you downloaded on your Zune is the new ring tone for your cell phone etc.
Sky would be the limit.
Imagine not having GamePass on your console...
