Throwing away 4+ million sales makes sense???  Doing so would guarantee that Ubi continued to make more money off the PS3, but that wouldn't mean that it was a good business move, or that the resulting imbalance in SW sales meant that they should give PS3 more exclusives.  It would just mean that they had made a poor decision in the past.

 

 If they were going to make exclusive to a console, the PS3 would most likely be that console. But like you said, 4 mil+ = it wont be an exclusive unless Sony pays for it.

The numbers suggest the opposite.  Since the 360 version generated more sales it would make more sense for it to get the exclusivity if it were to go exclusive, however since the PS3 also moved 3M units the most sense is for a simultaneous multiplat.
