It was aimed at MGS1 specifically. In that game, when you get to the same area that Otacon talks about BluRay in MGS4, you have to switch discs. Whoever started the whole "Kojima was ragging on the 360" thing was an idiot who obviously didn't catch the reference.

I blame Wii Fit.

On a side note, since my post wasn't written well, I meant that the person who started the rumor was an idiot, not those who don't catch the reference.
