They even praised the RSX LMFAO

I can understand it. The RSX isnt a slow GPU at all. While it is slower to the newest GPUs out it was definitely one of the fastest of the generation of GPUs it was released in.

I'm sorry, but a crippled 7800GTX aka RSX is in no way comparable to the fastest cards of that generation 7900 GTX and x1950xtx. It's the weakest part of the ps3 and if I recall correctly, added at the last minute because the cell alone wasnt powerfull enough in processing graphics.

we have no idea what the RSX's specs are so how can you tell me that its a "crippled 7800GTX?" It is more than plausible that the RSX has the same amount of stream processors as the 7900GTX. Also clock speeds are supposed to be pretty good.

You mean you don't know the specs. It's not hard to find around the net.

ok then, tell me how many stream processors are in the GPU? Also I'm not seeing any major differences between the 7800GTX 512 or the RSX other than the  RSX has 256MBs of ram. The RSX performs pretty much evenly with the 7800GTX 512 so how is it crippled when its the same damn thing, same spec, same performance, just with less ram.

RSX only has a 128-bit memory bus. That is a major difference and why people refer to it as a crippled 7800GTX. The 7800 GTX has a 256-bit one so it performs much better with filters like AA and AF. And RSX doesnt have stream processors, it has shader pipelines and only has 24 of them.
