It was my understanding from threads here and on other sites, that it was only those units manufactured after 8/20 or 8/24 (those are the dates that I've seen referenced) that are confirmed to have the 65nm CPU (and possibly the GPU).
The picture in your link shows a manufacture date of 8/16. It's entirely possible that this unit is still a 90nm Zephyr unit.
