Why PS3 should probably have a longer Life span than PS2. (Just an Opinion)

The PS3 is a fine console and a very good bargain for what it delivers. But it is the GC of this generation. Nintendo dropped it like a brick, so will Sony. It sucks but what are you going to do about it.

It's pretty obvious that i was talking about when the PS3 is last generation (see the highlighting). If and when the PS4 launches.

What consoles of the last generation are getting games and why? That's not the xbox and GC. Wel that's for the reasons i just mentioned.
