That means the PS3 have to sell around 2 million in three monthis.

Their are a lot of games released the next three months and especially the Christmas period will sell a lot more PS3 than an avarage week now.


Didn't MS sell like 4 mil. 360s over the holidays last year? If so, I can see a $399 ps3 helping Sony sell as much.


The X360 sold in the month december according to VGCHARTZ around 2 million worldwide.


Yeah, I just checked, and if you include November, it puts them over 3 mil.  If you include October, they sold close to 4 mil.  Basically, the ps3 could still sell 3-4 mil. for the rest of this year, especially with the help of a $399 ps3.

In the end I expect the ps3 to sell close to 9 mil., much like the 360 did last year.
