that article is feb 20 and it says

Sony's selective wording ("throughout the year") could mean that the listed titles will be dropping by this time in 2010

there was another article feb 26 that makes it sound like it will release in 2010

Sony actually said that it would release within the Fiscal year of March 09 March 2010

While GOW 3 for christmas is likely and not out of the question....I feel it will defeenetly be a DEC 09 release
