I'll leave the slight graphical enhancements to those suckered into buying an 'HD' console. I'm talking about the ability to mod and change the game to your heart's content, getting extra stuff for free, either from the devs or from the mod community themselves and above all being able to control your game with a mouse rather than buggering about with a joypad.
As for exclusives, I take it you've never heard of the Total War series? Or the Dawn of War, Diablo, Starcraft and Warcraft series and any of a dozen MMO's, not to mention the cream of innovative indie games? It might not get many megabucks exclusives, but there again there aren't many of those exclusive to a console either as they cost far too much these days to have their sales artificially restricted.
