I'd do it, but first, I'd destroy the entire Mushroom Kingdom Army/ Royal Security. Bunch of incompetent mushrooms!! The Princess getting kidnapped once is understandable. They hadn't planned for such an event. Getting kidnapped twice? Okay. Fire the head of security. He sucks. The Princess gets kidnapped twice a day? And they always call ME to get her back!?
