Wait wait wait. Now I'm seriously confused. Which fanboys are being pitted against which fanboys now? This combination is hurting my brain. Now we're saying people who think Halo 3 looks better than Gears are what? 1st party rather than 2nd party fanboys? Weren't they all the same persona a little while ago?
Anyway, in my eyes Gears looks far superior, and when I watch a streamed video, the graphical advance from Halo to Halo 2 is bigger than Halo 2 to Halo 3 (thanks to the wonders of Normal Mapping).
