I'm not going to be morally judgemental. It doesn't accord with what is within my moral boundaries, but you can totally do whatever fits within yours. If you think it is right to sleep your way to the top (or in this case to a laptop) then you shouldn't have second thoughts. If you think prostitution is morally acceptable then as there is nothing different about what you are doing then you should be fine with it.
Just know that if you sleep your way into career positions your benefactor may just turn on you one day if you happen to do something that pisses her off, then you will find yourself in a worse position than when you started. Formal prostitution is much easier and better in that respect. Just like all economic transactions sex for advancement is subject to the laws of supply and demand, the more you supply the less you can demand in return. Be careful in how you handle things, she may seem very casual about it right now, but watch for those little signs indicating that she thinks she has some exclusive rights to your body.
