There isn't a computer that will run Crysis to it's maximum. Straight from the mouth of the president of Crytek (gfw podcast). The game is made so that computers will scale to it, not the other way around. Although this makes sense from a game engine stand point, I'm not so sure about from a game stand point. Are you really going to reinstall the game in a year or two to replay it in it's full glory? It had better be as good as HL2 if that's what their intentions are.

I hardly run any games at maximum, even though my computer is perfectly capable. I'd rather have a nice steady framerate than even the possibility of lag (yes, I play online a lot). And medium settings on crysis will most likely put any console game to shame, except for crusin' wii.
