I don't really get why people think the 50 mil was a loan given to them, I know it was said that take two needed the money, but that doesn't mean Microsoft gave it to them as a loan, It means Microsoft gave them $50 million. It's not a loan, like someone said you get those from banks, not other companies. I'm sorry but timed or full exclusivity is worth far more than that some quick cash they gotta pay back. They could of very well gotten 25mil from ms, then 25mil from Sony if it was just about keeping T2 from going under.
