the best thing to do is to sop up as much of the moisture as you can and make sure no water actually got inside the unit. if it did, turn the opening it went in upside down and let it drip dry on a paper towel or two.
make sure to allow plenty of hours of dry time to make sure any moisture has been able to evaporate b4 you plug the unit in and turn it on. you do not want to power it up if there could be any residual moisture on the inside making contact with the electronics.
finally, why keep a piece of electronics where liquids can be spilt on them? /boggle
