Of course it's coming to PS3 - look at RE5 and SFIV sales not to mention their latest company performance announcements and publicly stated strategy.
Capcom I believe know full well based on Lost Planet 1 and Bioshock (unless they don't follow trends at all) that hitting the PS3 later with a game isn't the best strategy for sales, particularly if its been out long enough to drop in price on 360 vs launching full price on PS3.
However, both those titles did launch on 360 first and given the somewhat abrupt change of stance and announcement on 360 Marketplace vs their original its multi-platform statements I can only assume that some residual contracts (or some very late in the day MS influence) stepped in to force/coerce Capcom to go timed.
I find it funny that now Capcom seem to be going out of their way to honour whatever seems to be indicating some period of timed exclusivity while also dropping as many hints as possible that it will hit PS3.
The use of 'currently' is just really amusing IMHO. I get the feeling Capcom will want to keep the period of timed exclusivity as short as possible, but I guess time will tell.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
