Yep.  Well the internet and technology are the big reason afterall.  Due to technology the world is every growing, making things harder to censor, harder to keep track of, and in general just harder. 

As such... people, and espiecally the government are afraid.

Even things such as mild positive propaganda can't be helped anymore.

Now a white supremisist who feels alone can go online and find a website that reaffirms all his beliefs... etc.

Well that and a swing away from a "Square deal" and more towards a "Square outcome."  Such things generally need more enforcement which needs more facism.

I have to completely disagree with that Kasz, while there are unfortunate things like white supremisist assclowns finding websites that share thier views, there is also alternative media outlets who are exposing the lies that the mainstream media do not cover (These sites would be censored also) There's a reason why alot of these outlets are failing and it's because of the lies and propaganda that is bieng shoved down our throats by the mainstream.

You take away people's rights to think, speak or believe whatever they want no matter how right or wrong (as long as they are not harming anyone) it may be and then you take away the reason to live. Even a little facism is "too" much facism.

 

I don't condone states getting more facist.  I'm simply saying that is why they are.
