A few notes:

Overall, software has good drops, with many titles staying in the below-20% drop range.

#1. Heavenly Sword has a decent drop. With the holidays coming up, and an expected $100 price drop coming, we should see the game have consistent, and good drops in the future. My 300k expectation is low. HS could hit 350k or even 400k if the price drop increased alot of major titles.

#2. Skate does well for it's debut. Again, with holidays coming soon, skate could manage decent numbers.

#3. Motorstorm and #4 Warhawk do rather well. Warhawk continues to have great legs, and should be a very strong title throughout the rest of the year. Obviously, we cannot determine online sales, but in-store sales are doing well, and should continue in the top-200 for the rest of the year, if not more.

#5. Madden 08 has a great hold, like Warhawk, it should see great holds for the rest of the year, and wind up selling very well over Christmas, as other M08's should do.

#6 and #8 - Dirt and Stuntman have bad drops. Appearently with Motorstorm being a pack-in, and the better game, no one must want other racing games. :)

#7 GRAW2 and #10 R:FOM have good holds, and should continue with strong runs. Expect R:FOM to do very, very well during Christmas, as it's still a very comprable shooter.

WSOP: 08 debuts at #9 and is a crappy title. It will have horrible drops, and might not make the top 200 next week. But I don't think anyone cares ;)

The much-funner Japanese charts: coming soon!

A few notes:

#1 Oblivion debuts a bit lower than expected...Atleast from me. One must ask a few questions: did the X360 version do so much better because everyone that wanted a copy bought one on a X360 (and subseqently own a X360), or is it that the X360 has such a strong Western-gaming fanbase? Either way though, 23k is still "good" for such a fantastic WRPG. Hopefully other major-tier WRPGs notice. I'd expect Oblivion to have good legs, and should do atleast 65k.

#2. Never heard of it, so I cannot comment. 10k isn't that great, but it's something for numbers. Nevertheless, it'll fade very, very quickly I believe.

#3. EBG5 continues with fantastic numbers, and strong drops, despite such a huge ownership. This is definately the PS3's killer app, as it continues to sell well, despite so many copies sold/available on a 1m userbase. Expect it to continue to chart on the top 10/200 for the rest of the year.

#4. Bladestorm is kind of a suprise, atleast to me. It's been having very strong drops, and shows that it'll continue to sell a bit more. 130k is a conservative estimate. But without an uber-strong lineup for Christmas, it could sell very well. Also, with the strength of Bladestorm, we can expect great numbers for the next Dynasty Warriors game.

I don't have the time to comment on #5-9, but they preformed....Normally. I guess would be the word :)

Back from the dead, I'm afraid.
