Anybody know how to make a petition?

I want a Zelda Universe RTS game. With armies or Gorons and Zoras, Moblins , Undead...ect.

It would be nice to have to devise plans to destroy each kingdom, find the temple and then the temple guardian.

Then find the Triforce pieces- till you get to Zelda's army and then you get Zelda and then take down Link.
