I understand why you might be frustrated Rocketpig. I do have a tendency to generalize in order to see similarities and potential connections with things. You have to admit that American football, while it can be enjoyed by many people for different reasons, does attract some pretty mindless fans.

NFL games don't have riots where multiple people die time and again.  Soccer outside of the U.S. does have that happen.  Now I'm not going to call soccer fans mindless, because that would be unfair and not generall true, but you should mind your manners when speaking about NFL fans.  We are not out murdering people at games.  Thats whats mindless.  And where thats happening is in the occasional soccer match abroad.

thats a vast minority, and nothing like that has happend in the UK for years, i go see my local team play ever know and then, the attandence is normally around 1,000 people and many are under 16, familys go see football often here, and girls like football too, no-one has been murdered at a football match in the UK for years so far as i know, and football is alot less violent than gridiron is, for players i mean.
