That would only be true if the 360's sales are 90% in America. It's more like 60-70%. And even if it were true, you forget that the Xbox didn't have the initiative last gen, so it couldn't get very far. That is not the case now.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
