I'd say all three consoles have done well for selling software. The 360 did have a year headstart on both wii and PS3, and goes a long way. Even if none of the games in the top ten came out in the 360's first year, that doesn't matter. The fact that developers have been making games on it for longer, and that it had an extra year to build up an install base does matter. If the wii had been out for a year longer than the 360, than I'm sure the gap would be a heck of a lot bigger.
Support good third party games on wii. Buy games like house of the dead overkill, de blob, madworld, the conduit and boom blox.
