It's going to take some pretty big ones by either Sony, MS or Nintendo to be the first company to go digital only, and then, and only then will we see how well digitial distribution really works. Don't get me wrong. We are going to be going digital only some year, but the question is how many years before it happens? Comcast and ATT bandwith restrictions don't help this matter either. |
to answer part of you question..we could be going DL ony next gen, MS has already stated thats there focus SONY too especially with the patent they filed called the PS cloud which is suppose to be like steam or some super online database
