The first one is named "Toro to Morimori"(Toro and Morimori) and seems to be a party game for 1-4 players.It features the characters from the news application "Mainichi Issho" which can be dled for free from the jpn PSN. Releases this year and seems to be a 3/4 game, judging by the price.
The second is named "Kuruton" (maybe that's "curtain" - don't know for sure, but the background may indicate I'm right with this guess) and well there is too much text for me to read all that :P . I guess I won't break any news to you, if I say, that it's a puzzle game that will be available from the PSN store ;).
