How to get into the beta (i haven't tried it but I'm told it works):
1) Make sure to create a fake Canadian hotmail email.
2) Once you create a hotmail account (CA) now it's time for you to create a GAMERTAG with that account. This will be a Silver Account not Gold.
3) Now login with your Canadian Gamertag first and wait until the CA dashboard version pops up. Here you will see the 1 VS 100 window. Before clicking to the beta you need to login your real Gold Gamertag account with your 2nd control.
4) Once you have your real account login to the Canadian dashboard. You have to log out from the fake account only. The US account is not logged in to the Canadian servers.
5) Now with your US gold account make sure to click the 1 VS 100 Beta window and click "Reminder". You will then download the Beta!
