So great a console, so stupid a failure.... without the problems the 360 has, it could have already been considered one of the best console of all time because on the software side, it's a beast.

Ya, just got it back this afternoon. Pretty good turnaround time, seeing as how I shipped it last Wednesday morning. And, they gave me a free month of Gold subscription. I have to reinstall some games, but that's not much of a hassle.

 

 

 

mine broke back in late november, got it back in 10 days (i'm in france, microsoft replace system headquarters are in germany), and they also gave me a 1 month gold subscription, perhaps the last time before this weekend xtival that i got live, i'm allergic to paying for playing online.  apart from that free month, i only got free months while creating gamertags, but that doesn't work anymore for me...

But that month in december was used to play left 4 dead online and it was great.

and they gave me a console made in late july 2008 for replacement.
