I hope the 360 version in the U.S.A. isn't region locked. 
If it isn't i'll import it, rather than buy it on the PS3. I hate this last minute dealing and I don't want to help justify Sonys reasoning for the exclusivity. Otherwise I will wait. 
It will probably be better on PC when it comes out later in the year, such as with all timed exclusives.
