Not really. There is a difference between torturing and butchering someone undeserving and someone who wholly deserves it. In one case it's just inhuman, in the other it's more along the lines of justice.

 

 

Life imprisonment and death are both unfair for this offense. Torture is the correct punishment.

She boiled a baby, she deserves to get boiled.
