These "Sony PS3 users" are simply stating that Sony has not released any of their major exclusives yet. When do they all come out? In 2008 The Wii and 360 are putting most out this holiday season. Thats not to say that some new IP's or the smaller remaining exclusives for the wii or 360 wont outsell the PS3's huge exclusives in 08. Ports of PS2 games to the wii have outsold many super high budget PS3 exclusives. Nice lists though, as it was mentioned - add Killzone 2 to PS3, as it is one of the biggest exclusives, as well as the game with the largest video game budget ever- 41 million. (it still may be outsold in america though, by Ninja bread man, or hello Kitty- wii titles) |
What I'm trying to say is that, PS3 users claim that when FFXIII, MGS4, and GT5 comes out its going to boost sales immediately and leave Wii and 360 in the dust. PS3 users are not taking into consideration that 360 and Wii games are being released around the same time, so saying that those games are going to thrash the Wii and 360 is really unbelieveable. So I'm saying that PS3 will see increase in sales but not dramatically when those games hit that day or week or month. It will have lifetime legs but not nothing spectualar. Also PS3 users are saying really when those games hit the market, they seem that games for the Wii are not coming out in when those games come out. Come on now, lets be real. You know Nintendo might release WiiFit on the release of MGS4 just to hamper sales. Who knows really? I just stated my opinion and I'm sticking with it.
