Microsofts price cut this year will be 25% in the U.S.A? ($150, $225, $300)

I'd probably go with Slime's numbers. A 25% cut sounds massive (great for gamers and sales but sounds painful for MS). Anyone know how much it costs MS to manufacture a 360 these days?
