Watching the E3 2006 videos are cringe worthy. I was playing God Of War at the time on my PS2. Watched the Sony Press conference and felt like smashing my room up. Make it even worse for Sony, that was the year Gears Of War was shown playable on stage for 10 mins. It blew us away, and at that moment I decided PS3 wasnt worth it.
E3 2008 was bad for Nintendo. Seriously, Nintendo have pretty much lost me for life. I have owned every Nintendo console ever except the wii. All because Nintendo Wii has nothing of interest to a core gamer. And it's ruined it's normally good franchises. Mario Kart Wii is horribly bad. Nothing like it's predecessors. 5/10 at best.
