This whole idea of AAA games being those that are rated 90+ on Metacritic didn't even start gaining any sort of circulation until the last couple of years.

I would really like it to have a clearcut definition. Since noone shares the same definition, the term is practically useless. That bothers me.

Well, we don't always get what we want, do we? I suppose that's why the 90+ bullshit has gained so much traction, however.
