I was not aware that Microsoft secured exclusivity for those titles that you listed. In fact I believe Tales was exclusive due to the fact it began development early or prior to the generation, and Bioshock owed its tardiness due to difficulties with the engine on the PS3. Not that I doubt Take 2 held up Microsoft for timed exclusivity. The difference here is that Microsoft actually made a big deal of this exclusivity. So that makes a very high probability that they secured a lock.
Which while people bitch it is a solid plan on their part. They do not have to pay for full exclusivity just ensure they have the better version of the product. Eventually fans of these games should start to key in on that. Definitive versions do well in other genres such as movies.
