the game has an ending.

 

the dlc is additional storyline that continues after the ending and allows you to continue playing after the ending.

Please don't pirate games. The game industry is very shaky right now and that won't help at all. Luckily Bethsda is one of the few game developers finding success right now.

Well as I said, that changes everything. Secondly, if I had gone to a movie and it had mysteriously been missing the last 10 minutes, of course I'd want my money back. It's absurd to not include an ending (whether it'd be good or poor), as I thought the case to be, so I would certainly have no trouble doing so in this case.

Whether or not you believe it to be justified is your own concern, not mine. I hope I don't come across sounding like a jerk but I even said in my first post 'If the answer is yes to both questions'.
