inFamous will score be the next game to receive 90+ on Metacritic.
Damnation comes out the same day, it may hit high 80's but there hasn't been enough hype/ad money spent to earn such high scores.

Bionic Commando is not a new IP but will probably hit the 80's too.
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
