MS probably payed for them to be time exclusive and exclusive (at least for SO4). If you are comparing the demo with those 2 you better hope Sony to pay for it to be time exclusive in NA and EU. Besides, it's a terrible business decision to something time exclusive if you don't get anything back, that just kill many potential sales.
