I don't see, where there is the problem to close loopholes and bring some taxation-justice back in your system.

I hear all the complaints around here and from my middle-class-US-friends, that they pay to much taxes and that it is injustice, that they pay such a huge amount of the total tax money. But then it is wrong to tax companies fairer, when they're based in the US, rely on all the infrastructure, education, law system and safety provided by the USA but don't pay their fair amount for it.

That the companies complain is there right to, and off course you would as well, but from your point as a tax-payer you really can't be on the side of their complaints.

Don't worry too much about creating a lack of competitiveness, because this is what first world countries are fighting for for years.

And this actually may lead to lower taxes for you!

Lesser loopholes => more taxes overall paid => great chances to lower the taxes without creating a massive deficit

So you as a taxpayer have great chances to pay less taxes soon.
