I have never played an rpg before and I'd like to attempt the genre. I was reading about the different battle systems that existed and I was wondering, does the PS2 have any RPGs with a battle system similar to Tales of Symphonia and no random encounters? Are there any "easier" RPGs with no random encounters if none exist with a Tales of Symphonia battle system?
