I only watch a few shows Chuck, Big Bang Theory and 30 Rock and none of those shows feature Ps3's but have all had cameos with the 360...and 2 out of the 3 of them have had Wii's in the shows to my knowledge.

I wouldn't say funny... so much as sensible.  I mean.  I don't think anyone had a Neo Geo or Gamecube on a tv show either.

What's funny is how they use sound effects from like... the 16 bit era if not earlier.

I think we're watching different shows...they actually show the characters playing Halo in all 3 shows at some point. Actually, I think Chuck was Call of Duty 4 instead. Also, they were playing Wii Sports in Big Bang Theory too I think..
