Now it doesn't do that any more, but since 3.0.8 and on it freezes after you close it. When you try to start another instance it looks like it is working, but then you get no web access until you kill the process.

Fo me its been IE at work that has been crashing all the time. 
Though in fairness maybe I will have better luck with version 8.0.
