Interestingly too he was talking about laws to make it so that there is more incentives to keep buisnesses in the US and jobs here.
Which... to me only sounds like tax "Tariffs".
Should be interesting to see how people react to it.
Protectionism is widely feared though the international community.
But Obama did run a bit on a protectionist angle.
