This biz plan will do more to hurt the people it is trying to help. We have a 35% corp biz tax here in the US so multinationals will be fed up when they have to report more of their offshore investments to a nation that did not have their best interests at heart in the 1st place. What's more is that we continue to penalize productivity in a time when we, as a nation, should be encouraging entrepreneurship to work our way out of this recession.
