Can you play the Wii version with the classic controller or GC one (I really don't know)? If so, go with the Wii version, since you can fall back on those if you don't like the motion control. If not, then you might prefer the 360 version.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
