Many have tried to explain the difference between want and need to little avail. The reality is that cable is still standard, and wireless is a luxury that most consumers simply do not have. Which makes mandatory wireless a economic burden for most owners especially seeing as most owners who do not have wireless are also the less affluent. I suppose that doesn't click in for people that can spend six hundred dollars on a game console without any games included.

I see no reason for the bitch fest about hard drives now either. You can pick one up for twenty dollars, and ironically that is cheaper then a new controller, or a memory card. Not to mention they are not mandatory. Basically they think they have a point but they really have no clue.
