I get though a hard part and think I'm glad that's over. I don't need a game to continually kick my ass. I like a game to be challenging sometimes but playing the same boss or part of a game over and over again is something I'll pass on. |
I second this entire post. I do enjoy overcoming challenges, but if I want competitive and challenging gameplay I will go play online against another person where the sense of reward is far higher. When I'm playing a single player game, I just want a fun and smooth experience, not getting my ass kicked repeatedly or having to figure out how to get from checkpoint to checkpoint through some insanely drawn out process of elimination.
