Well first off, asking on the internet will not get you satisfactory results...
That being said, you lose the hat, get some facial hair, and things will be alright...
Unless girls in your area hate hair, then unless you want to wait in order to get with women with more mature tastes, then lose the facial hair.
Of course, I don't know shit and don't care about having relationships, so what do I care...
