I recommend you the good old classic Twestermstein 3D
It's an Action Simulation Strategy game with RPG elements. It's a free roaming game with extremely realistic environments. You basically start off with a pretty good idea that has some huge potential for epic win. You purchase equipment and distribute skill points. You have to play the game with the pre-made bad ass character Twestermstein. You need to herd bears in order to recruit cavalry or use 'cool snakes' to hunt evil 'attack crocodiles' in order to get processing power and ad revenues.

or you could buy "Europa Universalis 3" (PC) It's a good game. :D
