If you watch the video, you'll see both frames being slightly off, and the boxed lettering in question does not fluctuate at all. It isn't actually on the screen at all. Within the exact same frames mere seconds later, two different boxes show both 360 and PS3 button combinations on screen. When you watch the video, stop a quarter second before that pic was taken, and you'll see the two frames connected oddly, with missing portions in the middle, but the letters in the box all perfectly matched up.
