Rare or Nintendo (head explodes)
I wonder why Insomniac or Naughty Dog isn't on the list. Crash and Spyro were pretty good on the PS1. Haven't played much of their recent games so I don't know about them now. I won't include them since they aren't in the OP (would put both of them in front of Sega)
Nintendo equal to or greater than Rare (they shall always have a special place in my heart for DKC and their work on the N64)>Sega (I'm biased and part of the problem >.> 09/09/09)>Capcom (I like Megaman)>Konami
