I'm fairly sure those are mods made by PC users. Activision likely will not release those over PSN or Xbox 360, and definitely not for free. You must not know Activision very well if you're asking whether they'll give something to console owners for free. Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Game of the Year Edition comes with jack shit extra and costs $60.
